Live Webinars

Participants may cancel registration up to 48 hours prior to the live webinar start. A voucher will be issued for any future HRTrainup event, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

A refund will only be processed if the event is cancelled and not rescheduled within 90 days of the original scheduled date.

In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled start.

If a live webinar is cancelled,participants may choose a recorded version of the webinar or swap for an upcoming live webinar or a full refund.

No refunds will be processed for participants who do not attend the webinar.

Participants who have registered for live events may cancel up to 48 hours prior to the start of the live webinar. HRTrainup will issue a voucher to be applied towards any future HRTrainup event. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

If a live webinar is cancelled, participants may choose a recorded version of the webinar or a full refund or a swap to any upcoming Live Webinar for the same webinar category originally purchased ( Individual/Group/Combo)
Recorded Webinars

Recorded webinars are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

If a technical issue prevents access to a purchased recording, contact us within 7 days of purchase at Support@hrtrainup.com. We will resolve the issue or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Membership Plans

Membership plans (Single Participant and Entire Organization) may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no webinars have been accessed or registered during that period.

After 7 days, membership fees are non-refundable. However, access to all membership benefits will continue through the end of the membership period.

Members may select preferred webinar topics and share them with us — we will handle registration on their behalf.

Combo Offers (Live + Recorded)

Combo offers follow the live webinar cancellation policy for the live component.

•
The recorded component of a combo offer is non-refundable once accessed.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

•
Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase.

•
HRTrainup is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

•
Vouchers issued in lieu of refunds are valid for 12 months and may be applied to any future HRTrainup event.

Changes to This Policy
HRTrainup reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
