• Participants who have registered for the live events, may cancel up to 48 hours prior to the start of the of the live webinar and HRtrainup will issue a voucher to be applied towards any of HRtrainup future events, the Voucher will be valid for 12 months. 


• HRtrainup will process refund only if the event is cancelled and has not been rescheduled within 90 days from the original schedule date of the webinar. 


• Our webinar may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of the same 24hrs before the scheduled start of the event. 


• Incase our live webinar is cancelled participants can choose a recorded version of the webinar or a refund.  


• Refunds will not be processed for the participants who do not attend the webinar.
