4) How do I register for the Webinar?
Please select the webinar listed by the topic on the training page. Complete the simple registration form and proceed with the payment for the webinar. You will receive a confirmation of your registration to the registered e-mail as soon as the payment is processed. The details of your registration and access details to the webinar will be available on” My Account” of our website.

5) How do I access the live Webinar I have registered?
All you need is a computer with internet access and a telephone.

6)How do I access the recorded webinar that I have registered?
All our live trainings are recorded. If for any reason your unable to attend the live webinar you can opt for the recording of the webinar. The recorded version will be available 24hrs after the completion of the live webinar.

7)What time should I login for the webinar?
We recommend the participants to login at least 15 mins before the webinar to ensure the audio and video is working fine. Participants will receive an email few days before the webinar scheduled date and time with the instructions about the system compatibility check and instructions to join the webinar.

8)How many times can I access the recordings?
The webinar can be accessed unlimited number of times and will be active for six months from the time it is made available to you.

9)Can I ask questions during the live or recorded Webinar?
Yes, you can ask questions during the live webinar also, you can email your questions after the webinar and we will get it answered from the expert.

10)Will I receive any materials for the training?
