Overview:

When everything seems to be of significant importance, it can feel like an impossible task to establish how to prioritize the tasks at the workplace. This is because a new manager does not know what is more important than the other things that are going on, so they do not know which tasks should be completed first. It is imperative for the new manager to find a method of prioritization that is effective for them and that works for them. Only then will the new manager be able to handle the number of tasks they have and ensure that they will meet all of the deadlines. This will make it simple for any new manager to take care of the substantial number of activities that have been delegated to them, and it will ensure that those responsibilities will be fulfilled on time.
If the new manager is not good at setting priorities, they will, in essence, end up losing a significant amount of their valuable time, energy, and attention on things that aren't really important, that deplete them excessively, or that aren't as urgent as other responsibilities. Having strategies as new manager will and can be a game changer in their role success.

Why you should Attend:

It is not uncommon for newly promoted managers to experience feelings of being overburdened by the variety and amount of tasks that have been assigned to them after they were promoted to their positions. This is because of the fact that these responsibilities have been given to them after they have been given more authority and responsibility in their roles. It's likely that newly hired managers have a million and one things to do, and they just have no idea how to get started on any of them. Given the nature of the modern workplace, it is highly possible that a significant number of recently appointed managers already have prior experience with this topic. Even the most seasoned managers occasionally have trouble determining which strategies will be the most productive when it comes to accomplishing tasks. This demonstrates that you are not the only manager dealing with the difficulties that you are currently experiencing.
During this webinar, you will learn a number of strategies that are actionable and can be put into effect right away to assist you in prioritizing and establishing control of the responsibilities at your workplace.
